Customized! Last week, we just modified a 3-meter-high cantilever winding machine for a Chilean customer, which is specially used to bundle giant tires. You only need to send the size parameters of the goods, and we will come up with a plan in 3 days, and even calculate the amount of packaging consumables.

Q4: Does the machine save electricity? For example, using variable frequency motor technology?

It saves ridiculously much! The built-in variable frequency motor saves 30% of electricity compared to ordinary models, and it automatically sleeps after 5 minutes of standby. Mexican customers have actually saved more than 8,000 kWh of electricity in a year, and the money saved is enough to buy half a machine😂

Q5: What payment methods do you accept? How do you collect the down payment ratio and the final payment?

We can do all the common ones, mainly T/T wire transfer or letter of credit (L/C). For standard orders, the down payment is 30%, and the remaining 70% is paid before delivery. For large orders, we can discuss payment in stages, such as 30% deposit + 50% after inspection + 20% after arrival. We can discuss special circumstances.

Q6: Do you have English or Spanish manuals and teaching videos?

Don’t worry, the manual comes with an English version by default, and Spanish/French and other languages ​​can be translated for an additional $50. There are operation videos on YouTube. Q7: How long is the warranty for the whole machine? Can the core components such as motors and PLCs be extended with additional money?

The warranty for the whole machine is 1 year, and the core components (motor, PLC control box, sensor) can be extended to 3 years with an extended warranty package. For example, German motor manufacturers have a long warranty, and we will also help you connect directly.

Q8: Has your equipment been exported to Europe, America, and Southeast Asia? Can you give some cooperative customer cases?

We ship to the United States and Germany every week, and recently we have shipped port projects in the Philippines and Mexico. Customers are involved in the food, building materials, and auto parts industries. Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot directly give the customer’s name, but we can show you a real video of our equipment being used in a supermarket warehouse in the United States.

Q9: Will no-load/load tests be performed and reports be given before leaving the factory?

Each machine will be released only after passing the “test”! No-load speed/noise is measured, and load pressure stability is measured. The data will be written in the English test report. We will add the items you specify to be measured, and you can personally “cloud inspect the goods” via video before packaging.
